When natural talent Meets opportunity

Black-owned bakers, caterers, restaurants and beverage makers are staples in many neighborhoods, helping to support the community. From providing locations for neighborhood meet & greets, to being a source of support when times are tough and the neighborhoods need to band together. But, it’s also because, despite being such pillars in our local neighborhoods, many Black-owned businesses, especially those with higher operating costs like restaurants were some of the hardest hit businesses during the pandemic.

To be frank, many Black business owners that are the driving forces in our community are struggling.

Now it’s our turn to be the ones to step up. Over the years, they’ve been there to support us. So, now it’s time to pay it forward and support them!

3 ways to enhance your life!

Taste Urban isn’t just about food, it’s about the entire urban culture. So, you will also get to learn about and, in some cases experience what local, black-owned organizations and goods / service providers have to offer as well!
