This is a specialty event and only a select type of exhibitors will be accepted:

Food: caterers, chefs, restaurants, food trucks, etc.
Dessert: bakers, candies, ice cream, etc.
Spirits: beer, wine, liquor, etc.
Beverage: water, teas, juices, and any other non-alcohol drinkable products
Product Based: music, authors, inventors, home/business products, and any other product that you custom designed
Service: accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurances, home/business services, and any other service-based businesses
Art: canvas, sculptures, print, photo, etc.untants, attorneys, bankers, insurances, home/business services, and any other service-based businesses
Non-Profit: any. Must have 501c3(6) status

Exhibitor Rebate Process

Choose and purchase your exhibitor.

We give you a flyer with a custom discount code which will save the attendee $5. Example: It reduces a $35 ticket to $30.

You use this flyer to invite your circle to come see you at the event.

Every attendee that uses your code, the amount they pay (same example - $30) will come back to you in a form of a credited for an exhibitor table at our next event. Each event credit maxes out up to the amount you purchased your exhibitor table.

Refer another exhibitor/sponsor, receive a referral fee of 20% of their purchase price.

This event is marketed as a ‘try before you buy’ event, which always all attendees to sample all consumable products before they make a purchase.

Liquor

You will be able to provide ‘Premium’ ticket holders with a sample of your product. Due to Georgia laws, they will have to purchase your product from designated locations. There won’t be any sells allowed at the event.

Beer + Wine

You will be able to provide ‘Premium’ ticket holders with a sample of your product. Based on Georgia laws, you can sell bottles or cans at the event but it is not for consumption at the event. Buyers will have to consume off premises.

Beverages

You will be able to provide all ticket holders with free samples of your product. You can then sell bottles or cans at the event. Your product is not restricted to the $5 max. You are allowed to sell your product for whatever the price is. Purchasers can consume at the event if they choose to.

Savory + Desserts

This is a ‘Tapas Style’ market place event. Instead of an attendee spending their money with one or two exhibitors, we want them to try and spend money with multiple exhibitors. We do this by limiting the portion size of what they are buying. Smaller portions will make them stop by and spend money with multiple tables until they are full. The more people that try your food, increases your chances for recurring purchases.

You are not required to give out any samples of your product or service. This option is specifically for consumable products. Your product/service is not restricted to the $5 max. You are allowed to sell your product/service for whatever the price is.

All types of non-profits are welcomed to exhibit at the event as long as the organization is either founded by Black or targeted to help the Black community. In order to receive the ‘non-profit’ exhibitor rate, you must show proof of your non-profit status with documents from the IRS. You are not required to give out any samples of your product or service. This option is specifically for consumable products. Your product/service is not restricted to the $5 max. You are allowed to sell your product/service for whatever the price is.
